by commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service:

won't do:
✗ ferals - for the time being
✗ hateful/discriminatory subjects
✗ copyrighted characters

i. i reserve the right to decline any commission requesti. all payments must be made upfront through paypal invoices only. commissions not paid within 48 hours of invoicing will be cancellediii. no refunds will be made once a commission has been started, unless i am unable to complete itiv. major change requests after a progress stage has already been approved will incur additional feesv. general turnaround time: ~2 weeks for low poly models, ~2 months for custom models- turnaround times may vary depending on queue size and project complexity
- you'll always be given the most accurate timeframe, can view progress on my trello, and can ask for updates at any time!vi. these models are for personal use only unless the commercial fee has been paid.- profile pictures, banners, character profiles, personal art/renders, private non-profit merch, etc.- projects for profit, commercial merch, promotional work, etc. - would require commercial feevii. i retain full rights to my work. don't repost without credit, replicate, or claim as your ownviii. my work cannot be used in relation to AI in any wayix. failure to accept and follow these terms can result in being blacklisted
